This call helps us figure out whether we're a good fit before either of us commits to anything.

You complete a short brief that captures the essentials — your brand, your content, your must-haves, and your timeline. It takes about 15 minutes and sets the foundation for everything that follows.

Once I receive the brief, I'll review it and follow up with any clarifying questions to make sure we're fully aligned before moving forward.

Based on your brief, I'll send a detailed estimate outlining scope, deliverables, and total cost. If everything looks good, a contract is issued to make it official.

To kick off the project, a 50% deposit of the total project fee is due upon signing. The remaining balance is collected at launch.

I design the full visual direction of your site — layout, typography, color, and imagery — before a single line of code is written. You'll review a complete mockup and share your feedback.

One round of revisions is included. This keeps the process focused and prevents scope from drifting, while still leaving room for meaningful input.

Approved designs are built out on a private staging environment — a live preview of your site before it goes public. You can click through, test on mobile, and experience it as your users will.

One round of revisions is included to address anything that needs adjusting before we move to launch.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, you are responsible for providing all content — copy, images, logos, and any other media. This is your site, and your voice should be in it.

Once content is in place, we'll do a full walkthrough of the finished product together. This is your chance to review everything end-to-end before anything goes live.

Client-provided content

Once everything is approved and the remaining balance is settled, your site goes live. I handle the deployment, do a final check across browsers and devices, and make sure everything is running smoothly.

You walk away with a site that's yours — ready to share with the world.
